EzSites website processing information

This page describes the services EzSites uses to operate hosted websites. The website’s own Privacy Policy explains which features it uses and identifies its operator when supplied.

Website hosting

EzSites uses Cloudflare to deliver website pages. IP addresses and browser/request information are processed for page delivery.

Managed forms

For websites with EzSites managed forms, EzSites stores enquiries in the operator’s inbox using Google Cloud in the United States. Mailgun processes enquiry information to send email notifications to the operator.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries stored in EzSites do not expire automatically. Contact the website operator about retention or deletion. Copies in the operator’s email account are managed separately.
